How it started
One Level NFP grew from a simple belief: people need more than information to move forward.
The organization was shaped around the idea that opportunity should not feel distant, confusing, or disconnected from everyday realities. One Level NFP exists to meet people with encouragement, clear next steps, and practical connection to programs, partners, and support systems that can help them keep moving.
As clean energy, workforce, and community investment opportunities continue to grow, One Level NFP helps residents understand what is available, complete intake, talk through barriers, and connect with the right training or partner pathway.
